FocalPoint Cinematic Weddings

Reagan and Andy had a super fun outdoor wedding her parent’s home in May.  Even the historic Nashville flooding which caused a massive mudslide in the backyard just three weeks prior to the wedding couldn’t ruin this day for them.  They really made the best of it and it turned out beautifully!

There are so many things we loved about their day and you could really see both Reagan and Andy’s creative personalities in all the details.  They decided to have us shoot Super8 film for the pre-ceremony/ceremony Highlights and felt like it would really pair well with the overall vision for their day. You really get such a vintage and nostalgic feeling with Super8 film that you can’t get otherwise.  Enjoy Reagan & Andy’s Super8 Highlights:

Grace Ann & Matthew had such a fun wedding day, complete with Grace Ann’s own Nashville flair!  There were so many fun personalities in the group and you could really sense not only the deep love between Grace Ann & Matthew, but within their families as well.  One of the BEST moments of the day was when I caught a glimpse of Matthew saying a big “WOW!” as Grace Ann walked down the aisle towards him… it was awesome and even gave me chills. :)

Woodmont Christian Church was the stage for the beautiful ceremony and then on to the fun Loveless Barn reception!  We look forward to sharing the Highlights with you soon, and for now, we’ll whet your appetite with this:

Donnie and Katie had a beautiful outdoor wedding at the Parthenon in lovely Centennial Park.  Their wedding had to be one of the most glamorous for the Parthenon so far this year!

Donnie is a safety for the Tennessee Titans and they had the super talented Maples Wedding Cakes create a replica cake of the Titan’s stadium (LP Field)!  Maples did an amazing job with creativity and detail on this cake.  We’ve never seen anything like it!

From our first Skype planning meeting online to the day of the wedding, Garrett and Amber were one of the nicest and easy going couples we have had the pleasure to work with.  The stage for their wedding was just outside of Jonesboro, Arkansas at Amber’s parent’s home and everyone worked for months to get everything just perfect for the big day.  And when I say “perfect,” I mean swans in the lake perfect. :)  Their ceremony was extra special and included a live song performance from the groom and a prayer time with both sets of parents.
